The Awards List Screen is accessed by clicking on the 'Awards' picture button from the main screen of e-PayDay®


The Awards list contains the following information (use the horizontal scroll bar to view all details):
# - this is the Award number which is allocated automatically by the system for easy identification.
Active – an award that is no longer used can be labelled as inactive i.e. No
Type - this is the payment period eg. F = Full Time, P = Part Time, C = Casual, S = Salary, O = Commission.
Description - this is the description of the employee eg. Manager, Secretary, Clerk etc.
Hours - this is the number of hour's work allocated to the employee per period.
Rate - this is the amount that the employee earns every hour.
Salary - the amount of pay the employee earns per year eg. $36,000.00 etc.
LS - this is the amount of Long Service Leave that the employee will accrue each year.
AL - the amount of Annual Leave accrued per year by the employee.
RDO's - the number of accrued RDO hours for the employee per year.
SL - the amount of Sick Leave the employee accrues within the first year of employment.
SL AFTER 1st Year - the amount of Sick Leave the employee will accrue per year after the first year of employment.
Super (% $) - this is the percentage % for SGL or for those Awards for which a percentage DOES NOT apply, enter the lump sum dollar value which is to be calculated for each pay period.
$O.T.E (Ordinary Time Earnings), OTE Hours and %O.T.E - (this is also an SGL option) an example for the purpose of the three (3) fields for this option are best illustrated by The Motor Bus Drivers & Conductors Award Tourist Vehicle Award
Type - for listing the Awards by their particular type eg. All, Full time, Part time, Casual, Salary, Commission or ALL.
Status – select active / inactive to view the list as required.
Sort By - these options are for listing the Awards in a particular order eg. number, a..z, type.
'Edit' - for editing an Award in the list. See Editing an Award

'Add' - for adding a new Award. See Adding an Award
