Cheque Printing Reports are designed for:
Dot Matrix Printers (BankChq.rpt) - Cheques on continuous feed forms.
Laser Printers (Chq3a4.rpt) - three (3) cheques per A4 page.
Designed as per specifications supplied by the Australian Payments Clearing Associations (APCA) Cheque Overlay for Publication 11.5 August 1998.
For Dot Matrix Printers, please ensure that your pre-printed cheques are aligned correctly in your printer.
At the top of the Payrun List Screen, click on the 'Reports' button to display all available Payrun Reports.
For Dot Matrix Printers - Click on 'Pre-printed Cheques – (Dot Matrix)'.
For Laser Printers - Click on 'Pre-printed Cheques – (3Up) (Laser A4)'.
Once you have made your selections for cheque printing, click on the 'Print' button.
If you wish to preview your cheques before sending them to the printer, click on the 'Preview' button.
Once you have finished printing cheques, click on the 'Exit' button to return to the Payrun List Screen.
