The 'Company' tab can be accessed in either of two ways from the main screen
Click on the 'Company' picture button, select the company and then click on the 'Edit' button
or
Click on the word 'Company' (above the picture button) and then select 'Company List / Details'
If this is an existing company and you wish to edit any of the details on this tab, then beware that any change to the trading name will warrant you to re-register e-PayDay® with e-PayDay Pty Ltd. To enable changes, click on the 'Edit Details' button. Some possible changes and their ramifications are below
Change of Trading Name: This will require you to obtain a new registration key. Once you have completed the changes in this tab click on the 'Register this Company' button, at the bottom of the tab. This will produce a form which you can print out and then fax to e-PayDay Pty Ltd, who will then generate the key and fax it back to you, with instructions.
Change of any field other than Trading Name: This will not require a new registration key. Just click on 'OK' when finished.
The actual Company tab appears as per below

The 'Company' TAB allows you to access and perform maintenance and set-up functions. Additional companies may be added in e-PayDay® MC and e-PayDay® UC versions ONLY. You may set-up a maximum of 5 companies in e-PayDay® MC or unlimited companies for e-PayDay® UC.
The 'Company' TAB contains the following information:
Trading Name - enter the name that the company trades under and that you wish to print on all Reports, Pay Slips, etc.
Full Company Name - enter the Company Name of the registered Company. This name will only be printed on all Payment Summaries, and it may be the same as the Trading Name.
ACN or ARB Number (if applicable) - enter the Australian Company Number, or Australian Registered Business Number. You need to enter either "ACN" or "ARB" in front of the number.
ABN - enter your company ABN as supplied by the Australian Taxation Office.
Branch Number - enter your company's branch number as supplied by the Australian Taxation Office. (If applicable).
This number is used when the registered company has more than one office trading in different locations. (eg. ABC – Brisbane = Branch Number 001. ABC – Sydney = Branch Number 002)
Established/Start Up Date - enter the date of when the company was first established or when the business first started trading.
Setup Date - enter the date of when this company was initially setup for use in e-PayDay®.
Registration Key - you may NOT operate the program commercially until you have received your Company Registration Key from e-PayDay Pty Ltd. You may run the 'Practice' Company at any time, provided that you DO NOT CHANGE the Company Name.
Business Address - enter the business address for the company.
Phone Number - enter the current telephone number for this company.
Fax Number - enter the current facsimile number for the company. If you do not have a fax number, enter the area code, as no fields may be left blank on this window.
E-mail - enter your e-mail address if applicable. (If you do not have e-mail, type 'NA' in this field)
This Company's Data folder is - this will be entered automatically by the software when you install the program and cannot be changed (directly in this tab). This folder is where the data is stored for the selected company.
To save your entries click 'OK' to return to the Company List, or if you wish to enter other company details then click on the appropriate tab.
To exit without saving click 'Cancel'.
'Delete Company' button - allows you to delete and reinitialise a new company. Once this is done you will no longer have instant access to that deleted company details (you would only have that company's data on a previous backup – but do not restore this backup if you want to keep the new company details). 'Undo Changes' button - If you are not satisfied with the changes made, click on the 'Undo' button to return the options to how they were when you originally entered the 'Edit' window.
