When entering e-PayDay® for the first time, if it detects no companies set up, it will go straight into the Company Registration Wizard. You can also add a company via this wizard (See Adding a Company).

Click 'Next' to continue.

The serial number for your e-PayDay® product should already have been entered during installation process so there is no need to change it here. Click 'Next' to continue.

Starting with the trading name complete all fields marked with an *. Any other fields are optional. The ACN field is not needed.

 

Full Company Name - Only shows on Payment Summaries (Group Certificates)

Trading Name - Shows at the top of all reports (including payslips) except the payment summaries.

 

Click 'Next' to continue

Seeing as if this is the only company you wish to add, place a dot next to 'No' and click 'Next'.

For e-PayDay® to issue a registration key, we must receive a registration form, which can be either e-mailed or printed off and faxed. Once we receive it, the key will be faxed or e-mailed back with instructions.

 

Choose the desired option and click 'Finish'.

 

If you have chosen to print the form, it will appear on the screen. Go to 'File / Print' and then fax the form to e-PayDay Pty Ltd on 07 3269 2100. Then close down the form and you will be back to the main screen of e-PayDay.

 

If you have chosen to e-mail the form your default e-mail application will start up and create a new e-mail message. After sending the message, exit the e-mail application and you will be back to the main screen of e-PayDay.
