Even though some deductions reports are available from the 'Reports' picture button at the top of the main screen, reports specific to deductions are given their own section. For more information see Deduction Payee List.
Accessing the reports
1. Click on the Pay Types drop-down menu, select Pay/Setup Payee Deductions

2. Highlight the required Deduction Payee Name
3. Click on the 'Reports' button (at the bottom of the window)

The report can cover more than one fund. This is achieved by clicking on the 'Multi Select' button. All funds will become highlighted. You can de-select a fund by holding down the control key on the keyboard and clicking on the fund. Then click on the 'Reports' button.

Below is a list and brief outline of each report. The filename in brackets is the source file for the report.
