e-Leave™ (Leave Scheduling)

The e-Leave™ facility encapsulates the concept of scheduling and registering employee's leave, whether it be due to illness (sick leave), taking holidays, time in lieu etc.

e-PayDay® has two related plug-ins of this nature

 

e-Leave™ Lite – (Registering) The details of any leave taken during a pay period can be registered at the time the particular pay rate (e.g. Annual Leave and Loading) is used in the pay envelope. e-Leave™ Lite is included free with all e-PayDay® products.

 

e-Leave™ – (Registering & Scheduling) Any leave that is rostered to be taken can be recorded in the employee's details. Going into a pay envelope in a payrun with dates close to the time of the scheduled leave, a message box will appear warning you of the impending leave.

e-Leave™ is included free for only e-PayDay® UC users. Otherwise it is available for purchase as a plug-in to your existing e-PayDay® product. Please refer to http://www.e-PayDay®.com.au/ for further information.
