e-Time™ TAB

This TAB is accessed by clicking on the 'More' button, at the bottom hand left of the initial screen of employee details.

This section is to show the normal hours that the employee works per day.  When doing up this employee's time card, in a payrun, clicking on the 'Normal Time' button will insert the above times into the card.

 

Base Hours Start Time  – put in the time that the employee should start work.

Base Hours Finish Time  – put in the time that the employee should finish work.

Meal  Start Time  – put in the time that the employee should take their meal break.

Meal Finish Time  – put in the time that the employee should get back from their meal break.

 

When adding an employee that is linked to an award that has the times already set up, these hours will automatically be transferred into the employee's times tab.

 

NOTE: This option is only available if you have purchased the e-Time™ Plug-In option or have an e-PayDay® UC version of the program. If you do not have e-Time™  and wish to purchase this optional Plug-In please contact our Sales Department on (07) 3269 3888.
