As Employee Choice became effective on 1 July 2005 more employees are requesting that their superannuation contributions; both for superannuation guarantee and personal contributions, be distributed to multiple accounts.
The Multiple Super Funds button allows you to split your SGC and Personal Super contributions between multiple funds, either by dollar ($) or percent (%) .
You can also nominate to contribute the Super Guarantee or Personal Super from a Pay Type to a particular fund.
SGL - Superannuation Guarantee Details
# - this is the priority of the fund. The lower the number, the higher the priority.
$ or % - enter either a percentage (%) or a dollar ($) value of the employee's pay to be allocated to this fund. (If you have only one fund for this employee the % or $ is not needed). This is only applicable if the employee wants contributions sent to more than one Superannuation Fun. There is a limit of five (5) separate funds per employee..
Paytype - Select the PayType you wish to allocate to the particular fund. If you choose to allocate by percentage (%) or dollar ($) this will always be '0'.
Fund Number - Select the Superannuation Fund you wish to contribute to for this Pay Type.
Member Number - This is the Member Superannuation Fund number.
Personal Contribution - Personal Contributions
