An initial e-PayDay® FREEPAY® has a default serial number and a default company (with it's own default registration key). Getting the product registered will involve...
1. Entering in your own company details.
2. Producing the Company Registration Key form.
3. What you will receive back will be a proper serial number (EPFP-WIN-00....) and a registration key for your company.
4. Once these are entered, the product is fully registered and ready to be used to it's full potential.
When entering e-PayDay® FREEPAY® for the first time after installing and until it is registered, the screen below appears
Click 'Next' to continue and the following screen appears;
I wish to enter my Company Details and register e-PayDay® : Placing a dot next to this option and clicking 'Next' will open the Company registration wizard. Place a dot next to 'Enter my Company Details' and click 'Next' to continue. One of the last screens in the wizard will produce the registration form which can be e-mailed or faxed to e-PayDay Pty Ltd. See Edit Wizard. Another screen in the wizard will quote the serial number as "FREEPAY". Dont change it at this stage and click 'Next' to continue.
I wish to continue using e-PayDay® FREEPAY® WITHOUT registering my Company : Placing a dot next to this option and clicking 'Next' will bring you straight into the main screen of e-PayDay®.
1. Click on the 'Company' picture button
2. Below Practice Company will be a default company (probably called "...e-PayDay® FreePay...."
3. Highlight this company and click on 'Edit'
4. Click on the 'Edit Details' button down the bottom hand left
5. Starting with the Trading Name, backspace out what's in the field and replace it with your company's information
6. Once all compulsory fields are changed (marked with a *) then click on the 'Register this Company' button. This will produce the Company Registration Key form
which is to be e-mailed or faxed to e-PayDay Pty Ltd. Once exiting the form you will be at the main screen of e-PayDay®.
I have registered my Company and wish to enter the e-PayDay® FREEPAY® Serial Number : This option should not be chosen unless the registration key (and proper serial number) have been faxed or e-mailed back to you by e-PayDay Pty Ltd. Clicking on this option will take you straight into the Company Registration Wizard and the screen for the serial number. Change the serial number to one e-PayDay® has issued (EPFP-WIN-00....) and then click next. One of the last screens of the wizard will give you a chance to enter the registration key issued by e-PayDay®. Once the wizard is completed e-PayDay® FREEPAY® has been registered and is ready to be used to it's full potential.
Unless the last option above is chosen, once you have received back a serial number and company registration key, these will need to be entered.
Entering the serial number and registration key :
1. From the main screen of e-PayDay®, click on the 'Company' picture button
2. Highlight your company
3. Click on the 'Edit Wizard' button
4. Put the dot next to 'Enter my Registration key/s' and click 'Next'
5. Change the serial number to the one issued by e-PayDay®, and click 'Next'
6. Make sure the arrow is next your company, and click 'Next'
7. Enter in the registration key (issued by e-PayDay®) over the top of any numbers already in there; click 'Next'
8. Say 'No' to editing another company and click 'Finish'.
