e-PayDay® provides a reminder note facility to prevent you forgetting those importants relevant to your payroll.
To access the reminder notes, click on the 'Reminders' picture button at the top of the main screen or click on the word 'Company' (above the Company picture button) and select 'Reminders/Notes'.


To add a note, double-click on a date (in the calendar grid) and fill in the details in the line that comes up to the right. If you are using passwords, the User Identification will automatically be put into the 'User' column.
Sort By - In this section, below the list, you have the choice to sort the reminder notes by All, Actioned or Not Actioned.
If e-PayDay® is networked and open on two machines at any one time, a user on the other machine could flag a particular reminder note as being 'Actioned'. To make sure that the list you're currently looking at is upto date, click on the 'Refresh List' button.
Click on the 'OK ' button to save the changes and to exit the Reminder Notes window.
When you enter e-PayDay® at a time close to the date of one of the reminder notes, you will prompted to view the note

Clicking to view the note will take you directly to the reminder notes list.

You can verify that you have read the note and that it is no longer applicable by clicking into the 'Actioned' column on it's line and selecting 'Yes'.
