Select the report that you would like to print (eg. Employee Super Details, Payroll Analysis) by highlighting your selection in the 'Available Reports' window.

Once a report is highlighted in the 'Available Reports' window then the following options can be addressed. The report options area is below the 'Available Reports' window.

Depending on the report highlighted, some of the options may not be available.

1. Pay Period

This allows you to print out the figures just for weekly, fortnightly or monthly employees etc.

2. Location

The figures on the report can be restricted to just those employees who are in a certain location. An employee's location is defined in the Payrun 3 tab of their employee details.

3. Report By :

The figures on the report can be restricted to only 'Selected Employees', 'Active Employees' or 'Terminated Employees'. If 'Selected Employees' is chosen then an employee list window appears to select them from.

4. Report Period :

The period over which the figures are reported on can be restricted to...

'Current Month' - The current month that the computer's system date is in

'Current Pay Period' - If you have a current pay open ('yes's beside employee's names in the Payrun List Screen)

'Year to Date' - All figures from the 1st of July of the current financial year

'Specific Date Range' - As the name suggests, you can define the reporting period by date.

5.Sort Criteria

Certain reports can be printed by Employee's DBID Number, Employee's Code or Surname.
