Responsibilities

 

You should already have installed Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP and be conversant with the basic skills required to use Windows and have previously installed your printer.  e-PayDay Pty Ltd is responsible for providing support for the operation ONLY of e-PayDay®  and IS NOT responsible for supporting your Windows Operating System, telephone training, consultation, computer, printer or any other associated hardware or operating system problems that may occur from time to time.

 

 

Virus Detection

 

We have had a number of users who have experienced consistent program and data corruption or 'unusual happenings'  with their computer systems.  In most cases these problems were due to viruses, (or defective computer systems), which were resident on the system before installation of e-PayDay®. Viruses can also be resident on new computer systems.

 

You may not be aware that a virus can destroy many months of data and hard work.  In most cases all backups were corrupt due to the viruses.

 

We strongly recommend that you obtain and run a reliable and current anti-virus program, eg.  Virus Buster (by Leprechaun Software) before installation of e-PayDay®.  This simple procedure could save you many hours or days of lost time. All of e-PayDay®  files are checked for viruses during the copying procedure.
