Each version of e-PayDay®, as it is released, fully complies with all known current Government Legislation and Tax Formulae/Rates for payroll processing and reporting. However, changes to this legislation and to tax formulae occur frequently and are completely out of the control of e-PayDay Pty Ltd.
Tax-related software developers use test scenarios provided by the Australian Taxation Office to test their products. Developers who provide a declaration that their product has produced the same results as the ATO test scenarios may list their software on the Australian Taxation Office Product Register. However, this does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship or approval of these products by the Australian Taxation Office.
Because we respond quickly to these changes, version upgrades are often necessary. The cost and frequency of these upgrades will depend on the extent of changes necessary to comply with these legislative or tax changes and how often they occur.
These changes may or may not impact on the way your current version of a e-PayDay® Payroll product processes your particular payroll.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR PAYROLL IS PROCESSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION.

IT IS ALSO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASCERTAIN WHETHER YOU NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR CURRENT E-PAYDAY PAYROLL PRODUCT TO A LATER VERSION IN ORDER TO FULLY MEET YOUR LEGISLATIVE RESPONSIBILITY.
