There are two possibilities when considering terminating an employee
1.There is one more payrun to be done for the employee, which may or may not involve paying out accruals and various termination payments
2.There is NO more payruns to be done for the employee (Since receiving their last pay, they have not worked again and have informed you that they wont be returning to work).
