This TAB is accessed by clicking on the 'More' button, at the bottom hand left of the initial screen of employee details.

Name of Person Terminating Employment - enter the name of the person who has informed the employee that their employment is terminated.
Position - enter the position of the person terminating the employment.
Reason for Termination of Employment - click on the down arrow to display a list of available options. Select the most appropriate reason for the termination.
Effected by - Click on the down arrow to display a list of available options. Select the termination notification method that applies.
Termination Information - enter any additional comments as required. A total space of 200 characters is available (carriage return/enter is equal to two characters).
Termination Date - this section is used for employees that you do not need to do a termination payrun (eg. Casual) Enter the date (dd/mm/yy) on which their employment was terminated. For termination payments during a payrun the termination date will be posted automatically to this field.
Details of Warnings - provision has been made to enter statutory warnings to an employee. The following details are to be entered:
1.# - this number will be allocated automatically.
2.Date - enter the date on which the Warning was made to the employee.
3.By Whom - enter the name of the person who issued the Warning.
4.Details - enter the reason for the Warning.
5.Witness (if applicable) - enter the name of the person who witnessed the Warning.
Click on the 'OK ' button to save your employee's termination details. If you do not wish to save the termination details then click on the 'Cancel' button.
