When a person is employed they are required to complete a tax declaration form. A copy is sent to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) by the employer. e-PayDay® provides a facility whereby the information on the tax declaration form for one or more employees is saved to a single floppy disk, which can then be posted to the ATO. This is particularly advantageous to enterprises where there is a continious flow of employees, such as orchards employing backpackers. Instead of a myriad of paperwork, a single floppy disk can be produced once a month.
