On each leave type tab, beneath the Accrual Calculations breakdown table, the number of weeks being used to calulate the entitlements is displayed.
example 1: this yearly Annual Leave entitlement (160 hours) is accrued over 52 weeks which equates to a weekly accrual rate of 3.077.
160)52 = 3.077.
example 2: this yearly Annual Leave entitlement (160 hours) is accrued over *48 weeks which equates to a weekly accrual rate of 3.333.
160)48 = 3.333. (*ensure that the payrate used for Annual Leave doesn't have accruals for Annual Leave ticked or it will accrue additional leave).
